Hon Richard EDGCUMBE (1680-1758)



Richard EDGCUMBE, son of Richard EDGCUMBE ( -1688) and Anne MONTAGU ( -1729), was born in 1680. He was baptised on 23 April 1680. He married Matilda FURNESE on 12 May 1715. He had the title '1st Baron Edgcumbe' on 20 April 1742. He died in 1758. He was buried on 22 November 1758 in Maker, Cornwall. The address was: Maker Church.

George EDGCUMBE (1720-1795). George was born on 3 March 1720. He had the title '2nd Baron Edgcumbe' in 1758. He married Emma GILBERT on 16 August 1761. He had the title '1st Viscount Mount Edgcumbe & Valletort' on 5 March 1781. He had the title '!st earl of Mount Edcumbe' on 31 August 1789. He died on 4 February 1795.
