Frederick SEABORN (1876- )

Frederick George SEABORN, son of Charles Vines SEABORN (1848- ) and Sarah Ann Morman ROWE (1852-1887), was born Q2 1876 in Maker, Cornwall.1 He appeared in the census on 3 April 1881 in Plymstock, Devon aged 5.2 He appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 in Plymouth, Devon aged 15.3 The address was: 5 How Cottages, How Street. On 5 April 1891 he was an Errand Boy in Plymouth aged 15.4
