Frederick James Vaughan CARNE, HMS Indefatigable

Frederick James Vaughan CARNE (known as 'Vaughan'), son of Frederick Henry CARNE (1869- ) and Elizabeth Ann BOOTH (1870- ), was born on 2 December 1895 in Maker, Cornwall. He appeared in the census in 1901 in Kingsand, Cornwall aged 5. The address was: Market Street. He appeared in the census on 2 April 1911 in Kingsand aged 15.1 The address was: Fore Street. On 2 April 1911 he was a School in Kingsand aged 15.2 He died of Emeny action on 31 May 1916 in Battle of Jutland aged 20. The address was: HMS Indefatigable.
