Ann BUTTERS (1798- )

Ann BUTTERS was born in 1798. She married Thomas AVERY.

 

Thomas AVERY, son of Benjamin AVERY (1762- ) and Mary CLARKE ( - ), was born in 1795. He was baptised on 18 November 1795 in Maker, Cornwall.1 He died before 1847. He and Ann BUTTERS had the following children:

 

Benjamin AVERY (1822-1897). Benjamin was born in 1822 in Cork, Ireland. He appeared in the census in 1861 in Leysdown, Kent aged 40.2 The address was: Coastguard Station. In 1861 he was a Coastguard in Leysdown aged 40. He appeared in the census in 1871 in Kingsand, Cornwall aged 49.3 The address was: The Green. In 1871 he was a Naval Pensioner in Kingsand aged 49.3 He appeared in the census on 3 April 1881 in East Stonehouse, Plymouth aged 59.4 The address was: 4 Pound Street. He appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 in East Stonehouse aged 69.5 The address was: 4 Pound Street. He died Q1 1897 in East Stonehouse aged 75.6
