James MARKS (known as 'Jim'), son of Unknown UNKNOWN ( - ) and Susanna MARKS (1869- ), was born in 1888 in Cawsand, Cornwall. He appeared in the census on 31 March 1901 in Kingsand aged 12.2 The address was: Fore Street. He appeared in the census on 2 April 1911 in Kingsand aged 22.1 The address was: Fore Street. On 2 April 1911 he was an Iron Caulker in Kingsand aged 22.3 He died of Accident in Dockyard in 1924 in HM Dockyard. He and Emily Grace Norrish WATTS had the following children:

 

Charles Edmund MARKS (1910- ). Charles was born on 17 March 1910 in Kingsand. He was baptised on 26 March 1910 in Maker, Cornwall.

Francis James Henry MARKS (1912-1928). Francis was born on 27 August 1912 in Kingsand. He was baptised on 29 September 1912 in Maker. He died in 1928 in Kingsand.4 The address was: Fore Street, Kingsand. He was buried on 12 September 1928 in Maker aged 16.4 The address was: Maker Church.

Gladys Christine MARKS (1914-2009) (known as 'Chistine'). Chistine was born on 15 November 1914 in Kingsand. She was baptised on 17 January 1915 in Maker. She married George SKINNER in 1940. She died in 2009.

Edmund Reginald MARKS (1916- ). Edmund was born on 26 October 1916 in Kingsand. He was baptised on 8 December 1916 in Maker.

Enid Grace MARKS (1919- ). Enid was born on 14 August 1919 in Kingsand. She was baptised on 19 September 1919 in Maker.
